| NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Frederick Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the 6th day of February, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the Conditional Use Application of Sacks and Sons, Inc. The hearing will occur at the Lower Frederick Township Municipal Building, 53 Spring Mount Road, Zieglerville, Pennsylvania. The subject tract of land is 7.42 acres and is located at 9 Big Road, Zieglerville, PA, in the Village Mixed Use District. The Applicant proposes to incorporate into their land development, the following: a drive-through window, shared parking and warehouse uses. The Conditional Use Application is made under Sections 170-86.J, 170-130, and 170-87 of the Lower Frederick Township Zoning Ordinance. The Lower Frederick Township Board of Supervisors will receive testimony as to the applied for uses and will receive comments by any citizens of Lower Frederick Township that wish to be heard.
