All permits should be submitted to the Township directly.
Any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by Code, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to Barry Isett & Associates and obtain the required permit.

All applications received after January 1, 2026 are governed by this revised UCC, unless documentation is provided in the form of a signed contract dated prior to January 1, 2026. If documentation is provided the application will be reviewed under the prior version of the UCC. Any application submitted after July 1, 2026 will automatically be reviewed under the revised UCC.”
